Under the dropdown, enter the AWB number and origin station of the shipment. After clicking “Submit,” a booking overview displays with both master AWB and associated house AWB details shown.

Click the icon under ‘Action’ to review AWB details before final submission. Make any edits by going to MANAGE and entering the AWB number. If all AWB details displayed are correct, click “Submit AWB”.

Once the shipment details have been submitted electronically, a confirmation page displays. Note that customers will not need to bring or pay for a paper AWB when dropping the shipment off for acceptance.

Yes! Select the “Notification Options” button in the upper right-hand corner of the Shipment Tracking page. Simply choose what notifications you would like to receive and enter the email address for recipient(s).

Only one air waybill (AWB) can be tracked at a time through our “Track” tab. However, registered users can view the status of all their shipments on a single page by selecting the “Track” tab followed by the “View More Details” link.

GPS Tracking

E-commerce solutions help businesses succeed in the digital marketplace. From order fulfillment and inventory management to cross-border e-commerce services, we provide the tools and expertise to drive online sales and growth.

GPS (Global Positioning System) is a satellite-based global navigation system that provides location and time information. GPS transmitters in cargo can be used to pinpoint the location of a shipment to within a few meters of its exact position.

You may add an approved device to any shipment during the booking process.

Delta Air Lines has conducted thorough testing in conjunction with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on the approved GPS devices to ensure the highest standards of flight safety and security. The approved GPS devices pose no risk to the safety of flights.

Delta is proud to offer GPS service on every flight, including Delta’s global mainline, Delta Connection® and trucking networks. However, GPS may not be used on interline shipments.

The GPS service is typically used on high-value or extremely time-sensitive shipments such as pharmaceuticals, human organs for transplant, important documents and/or new technology.
